How do i place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your desired products, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after placing your order. Be sure to get in touch with us immediately at contact@plomet.com.
What if an item is out of stock?
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable solution such as a refund or replacement.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are provided within 24 hours after your order is shipped.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Because we centralize all of our stateside inventory at our US fulfillment partner ShipJoy 3PL Warehouse & Fulfillment Miami located at 11500 Miramar Pkwy #300, Miramar, FL 33025, United States, your items will typically ship together in a single package. In the rare event that an item is temporarily backordered, we will contact you immediately to discuss shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@plomet.com with your order number and clear photos. After review, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
