How will I receive my order?
By email, to the address used at checkout. You receive the licence key, the official download link and step-by-step activation instructions. Nothing ships physically. If the email has not arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Can I really use it on 5 PCs?
Yes — the licence covers five Windows installations. They do not have to be activated at the same time or in the same place, so a desktop, a laptop and three colleagues' machines are all fine.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a perpetual licence to Nitro PDF Pro 14 and it keeps working — nothing renews and we never charge you again. Updates within the version 14 line are included; a future major release would be a separate purchase.
Where does the software come from?
You download the installer from the publisher's own website, gonitro.com. We do not host, repack or modify the software — we supply the licence key and the instructions for activating it.
Does it work on Mac?
No. This is a Windows licence and will not activate the Mac edition. If you are on macOS, do not order this listing — email us first and we will tell you honestly whether we have anything suitable.
What are the system requirements?
A 64-bit version of Windows 10 or 11, a couple of gigabytes of free disk space and an internet connection for the download and activation. Check the publisher's current requirements page for the authoritative list before ordering.
Is the key region-locked?
No. The licence is not tied to a country, and the interface language is chosen at install time rather than fixed by where you ordered from.
What if the key does not activate?
Contact us and we will walk you through it or replace the key at no cost. If neither is possible, you get a refund under our published refund policy. Because this is a digital product, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances set out in that policy — read it before ordering so there are no surprises.
Do you help if I get stuck?
Yes — reply to your order email and we will help with downloading, installing and activating on each PC. To be clear about scope: we are not the publisher, so in-app bugs, feature requests and advanced technical faults inside the software go to the publisher's own support.
Why is this cheaper than buying direct?
We are an independent retailer selling perpetual licences below the publisher's list price, and we carry none of the overhead of a subscription business. We are not an authorised reseller and have no affiliation with or endorsement from the publisher. If your organisation requires licences purchased directly, buy from them instead of from us.
